1 1/4	c	Water
3/4	c	Instant oatmeal
1/4	c	Whole wheat flour
2	c	Bread flour
1 1/2	tb	Oil; or margarine
2	tb	Sugar
2	tb	Molasses; or Honey
1	ts	Salt
1 1/2	tb	Powdered milk; or buttermilk
1 1/2	ts	Yeast

Put oatmeal in first on top of water to let soak few minutes. Let do its thing. From Hans Hansen 8/22/91 Notes added by Gaye: Total flour & oatmeal should equal 3 cups. Can vary the proportions Liquid can vary...1 1/8 to 1 1/4 cups Omit powdered milk and use regualr milk instead of water Cut sweetener back to 3 TBL
